Here is another one of his easy tips for making your eyes really pop. Simply follow the following steps:
- Apply black liquid line to your eyelashes, yes your entire eye lash-from root to tip
- Allow to dry
- Curl your lashes
- Apply mascara
TIP:
Dip your black liquid eyeliner in black eyeshadow and then apply to entire lashes… Magic.
